RETURN POLICY :
No returns are applicable on products. Exchange of products can be done within 3 days of date of delivery, however customized products are not eligible for return and exchange. Products that are defective or have quality issues are eligible for replacement. In order to get a defective item replaced contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the date of product delivery. The defective product or defective part of that product will be recalled and we will Exchange the product / part.
The following defective products shall not be eligible for replacement under this 3 Day Replacement Guarantee :
Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Any jewelry that has been washed
Any jewelry not in its original condition
Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked and replacement for the same will be done. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, unwashed and returned within 3 days of delivery date.
